Voltage Stability of Power Systems with Renewable-Energy Inverter-Based Generators: A Review

چکیده

The main purpose of developing microgrids (MGs) is to facilitate the integration renewable energy sources (RESs) into power grid. RESs are normally connected grid via electronic inverters. As various types increasingly being electrical grid, systems near future will have more inverter-based generators (IBGs) instead synchronous machines. Since IBGs significant differences in their characteristics compared (SGs), particularly concerning inertia and capability provide reactive power, impacts on system dynamics different SGs. In particular, stability analysis require new approaches. such, research currently conducted with inclusion IBGs. This review article intended be a preface Special Issue Voltage Stability Microgrids Power Systems. It presents comprehensive literature voltage relatively high percentage generation mix system. rapidly this field, it understood that by time published, further future, there many developments area. Certainly, other articles special issue highlight some important aspects microgrids.
